It’s so easy for me to get up in am and do BODi! Elise is way beyond me but I’m getting better. I can mix it up. Plus the recipes have also been good. After being a member of Alaska club for almost 40 years they would not give me a half day membership. I’m retired just wanted half day and they said no! So I discovered BODi more convenient and affordable! Plus I can travel with it.
