good app. it WAS motivational and what I needed, but was disgusted to see a 50 CAD charge to me credit card without any request or approval. I hope I get my refund. VE CAREFUL!!!

I seriously doubt there is a better workout app out there. I was working out for years and then tried this. I guess I was spinning my wheels that whole time before. The results I got from this app are outstanding. Using it for 3 years now. Sometimes the updates are annoying then you get used to them and like them.
