I used to be someone that lived in the gym. After some injuries and complacency, I found myself living on the couch. Everyday tasks where starting to get challenging cause of my lack of mobility. Started off with the beginner plus program. Can definitely tell I am not as flexible as I used to be. Workouts are easy to follow. And you are encouraged to make the workout your own. Quit thinking about and get it already.
