All you have to do is add multiplayer and this game will be PEAK. Imagine the funny streamers streaming this game and how viral it can get. This game has way too much waisted potential. LET IT OUT ALREADY.

Love all the survival and realism aspects of the game (despite how annoying and frustrating it can get). Tons of options when it comes to building, which is great. You can really tell that a lot of effort and thought was put into this game. The fact that the developer is continuing to upkeep this for so long is amazing. The community section, allowing for creations, textures, and furniture packs to be shared is huge and unexpected. The only thing I wish there was more “supernatural” creature variety. 10/10 💯

Key User Pain Points

  • Lack of Multiplayer: The most significant and consistently mentioned issue is the absence of proper online multiplayer. The existing split-screen mode is inadequate, especially on smaller devices.
  • Limited Content Variety: Users desire more animals (farm animals, pets, mythical creatures), biomes (swamps, jungles), items (guns, tools, vehicles), and crops.

  • Survival Difficulty and Balance: The game can be overly difficult, especially at the start, with frequent sickness, exposure, and aggressive predators. Missing hits during combat is also frustrating. Some also find the level/XP system annoying.
  • Control and UI Issues: The controls can be unresponsive or difficult to use, especially on newer iPhones with notches. The UI sometimes gets cut off.
  • Bugs and Glitches: Various bugs are reported, including disappearing lights, glitching furniture, fire persisting after lightning strikes, and mounting animals under trees causing instant death.
  • Lack of Updates and Communication: Users express frustration with the infrequent updates and perceived lack of communication from the developer.

Trends and Observations

  • Language Preferences: There are requests for Chinese language support, indicating a potential market opportunity.

By addressing the prioritized action recommendations, the developer can significantly improve the user experience, attract new players, and solidify Survivalcraft 2's position as a leading sandbox survival game on mobile. Continued engagement with the community and regular updates are essential for maintaining user satisfaction and driving long-term success.
