I booked my stay at Hotelumiere in St Louis for Friday but added Saturday night directly through the hotel. The manager, Joshua Ivey, who took my reservation put in the wrong day so it was Friday and Sunday. Then wanted to charge an extra $50 for his mistake. Unacceptable! When I declined to pay it, he was rude and disrespectful. I asked for his Manager's name and number and he refused to give it. If anyone knows who I can contact above him please let me know?
