I so enjoy this app! I started it very early in my pregnancy and now my night time routine feels all wrong without it. It helps me relax before bed and to fall asleep. I’m only about half way through my pregnancy but I can’t wait to use this app through my birth. The tracks have really helped through the stressful nights that have come so far. I’m so happy I came across this app. God is good!

These meditations were a game changer to me during pregnancy. With my second pregnancy, I discovered these meditations very close to birth, it helped me get mentally and emotionally ready and confident to try an unmedicated birth and God provided it to us. On my third pregnancy it helped me with the unbearable first trimester symptoms. Later on, during second trimester, anxiety took over and these meditations were a true help, lifesavers. I needed them to sleep. I used to put on my playlist on repeat ALL NIGHT LONG. With help of therapy and meds too, that’s how I overcame night panic attacks or other anxiety symptoms. I am truly grateful with God for providing the help I needed through these meditations and thank you to the author that is surely helping more lives than she could ever imagine. My babies are 4 months old now and now and then I still listen the postpartum meditations to sleep. Thank you thank you thank you.
