I’ve been a subscriber to YogaGlo for over 10 years. I’m constantly seeking new exercise options and I find myself time and time again coming here. High quality instructors, excellent variety and options for almost any kind of functional exercise you’re seeking. Just a high quality, world class app. I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I have been using, and practicing Glo, formally known as Yogaglo for quite some time. Sometimes one falls into the possibility of greater advancement! I happened across Kia Millers Kundalini 40 day Practice and being a person of discipline I jumped right in. Pretty darn pleased. It was fun challenging, and rewarding. Well, enough said. I’m still on the mat with Kia a good solid 3 years, but who’s counting Glo keeps me in a loop and Kia keeps me drawn to the mat, it is a great way to live! Glo makes it all available, many choices, but I’ve found my seat; it feels like Throne every single practice. Thank you all from the Sierra’s! Jo Whitford Sat Nam 🪷 Love, love, love you Kia Miller
