I started this water app to remind me to drink and it is definitely helpful. I actually fell like I'm letting myself down by not drinking water because it's already, in one day, helped my digestion and boosted my energy a bit. so on that note, I would recommend this app to all how need a Lil help. just think....one single bottle of water is 16 oz, if you can't drink that much , try half,8 oz first, it gets easier as you go.

My water reminder app is okay, but it's not the best. Let me give an example of what it's like. First, It asked you so many questions, like whenever you eat, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and when you wake up. It's like they don't know anything about you, they should know when you eat breakfast, which MOST people eat in the morning. People eat dinner and lunch in the afternoon. Second, I got a tablet, which , means I don't have it everywhere I go, and the alarm is so unusual

super silly to be reminded to drink water but it has definitely kept me in check on my intake and I drink/eat/snack less junk and easy to use.
