I emailed the support team a couple of times still waiting for an answer. Sadly reviews are usually the only way for companies to listen and respond. I have purchased a subscription and can’t pass from Chapter 1 on any book. Every time I try to click on another chapter it redirects me again to Chapater 1. I had deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it and the problem persists.
