Issues previously downloaded to library won’t open. Then app signed me out. I didn’t. Won’t recognize my e mail for sign in. Login failed -Email or password incorrect. Please check and try again. No option for “forgot email or password.” Very stupid. 2 e mails using Contact support link. No response. Worthless.

Time magazine still celebrates vicious powerful people by calling them “Great” and putting them on the cover. They literally did this with Adolf Hitler. We are pasted these days. It’s time to let Time die with all the other outdated heartless publications.

Summary of Key Insights

The TIME Magazine app suffers from significant usability and technical issues, resulting in a predominantly negative user experience. While some users appreciate the journalistic quality and convenience of digital access, a large proportion of reviews (especially 1-star ratings) highlight recurring problems with subscription authentication, app stability, and feature regressions. The app's overall rating is poor, with a significant skew towards negative reviews. Key strengths are the content itself and, for some users, the initial user-friendliness, which has diminished over time. The primary weakness is the unreliable app performance and frustrating subscription management. Overall sentiment is negative, with a high percentage of users experiencing technical and usability problems. The app's performance appears to have declined significantly over the years, with many users lamenting past iterations that were superior to the current version.
