I’m a tattoo artist. I’m using Jotform as an initial contact to set up consultations for tattoos. It cuts down on having to have a back and forth with emails to get the information that I need. Now all of my clients information is in one easy to get to spot. And all I have to do is contact with a date and time that is convenient for my clients.

I have a consistent issue with submitted jotforms not showing up on certain platforms. For example a form will show on my phone, but not PC, then PC but not tablet, etc.
