I’ve tried quite a few workout apps and this is the first one to not only impress me but refuel my love of lifting. I tell everyone I know who works out about it…. To the point that my bf and I now have an inside joke about my “app”

Ive been using this app since January & let me tell you, I’ve lost 7 lbs with this app (and eating healthy!) I get excited to go to the gym because I go in there confident with a plan that’s already been made & planned well. So many varieties of workouts, community chats, there is just so much in this app that I love. I had to get the yearly membership. It’s worth it !

I’ve tried several different apps and this is the only one I’ve stuck with. Love the connection to the watch and the timers. I want an app that tells me exactly what to do for how long and shows me at the same time. I can’t say enough about this app. Oh yeah, and the message in the morning sometimes is what gets me out of bed.
