Paid for and downloaded app. Will not let me in put route to show truck stops along the way. Requested a full refund.

This WAS acgreat app when it first came out, absolutely amazing. There’s a section under each location where you can select update if the information is wrong and correct it. They used to be really good about replying to you and letting you know they received the information, but they haven’t replied to an update email in over a year. They also haven’t updated the app in almost 2 years. The last update was February 2022. I don’t know what happened, but I’m disappointed for sure. This was a great app. The keyword there is, was.
