Have played this game for many years. Had a problem when the Epic level showed up as being ridiculously expensive. Now requiring play at that level to progress is a reason to consider deleting the game. Have had occasions when suddenly I find myself playing at the Epic level without having chose it. Utter frustration! I play to relax and DO NOT enjoy the turbo games. Not relaxing and they are boring. Do not appreciate having the turbo games suddenly appearing without being chosen.

Attempted to purchase chips. Got pop up that purchase did not go through, however I was charged. I reported it and refund was refused. I’m now out funds and if I don’t get refund, I will stop playing this game.
