I have been a customer for 3+ years and have enjoyed the workouts. However, I no longer do at-home workouts and don’t need the app. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your subscription. You can’t cancel in the App Store, in the app, or on their website. I had to write into support to cancel. Then a month later I still got charged and support told me they won’t refund me? This is predatory behavior.

Very disappointed the annual fee went up 35 dollars especially at times like this.
