The new update for the 2025 EMT exam has a lot of questions that seem totally broken and make no sense. For example, a scenario question asked which of three possible medical conditions could be responsible for a patient's "Slurred speech." I selected "Stroke/CVA" and "Alcohol intoxication" - it declared Stroke/CVA to be wrong. But then the scenario asked the same question about "Speech difficulties" - and declared that the right answers were indeed "Stroke/CVA" and "Alcohol intoxication." What?!? This makes absolutely no sense.
