Credit card connection constantly being disconnected, and when go to reconnect, comes back as unable to reconnect due to “technical issue.” This is bull$hit!! It’s the SAME account EACH TIME!!! For what I pay gor, I expect BETTER.

3/24 This issue is still happening and is being reported by many users. @Tereza - I did contact Support like you suggested to many people but they didn’t know what to do. You need to get your developers on this. All the info you need is in the posts: The notification icon never goes away. You check the app and there are no unread alerts. That’s it. Not sure what the heck Support can do. Please fix this soon. It is very annoying as you do not know if you have a real notification or not. ———- With the latest release (1.89) an annoying bug was introduced. I got the usual monthly email that I could review my score and credit report. The app also had a notification badge showing. Opened the app (no new alerts), updated my credit score and exited the app. But the notification badge is still showing. No matter what I do, the badge does not go away. This is annoying because now I don’t know if I truly have a notification or if it is a “false” notification. This didn’t happen with the previous version. Hope this gets fixed soon.
