It does what it advertises. It is like having a personal training and if you add the apple watch with it, it really helps you fully understand recovery as well. It also syncs with Apple health so other activities get accounted for in your recovery. Ie take a hike, it knows that will Impact your legs and back etc.

Overall the app is excellent. Great workouts and easy to use app. I would love to see them add a few features to the watch: 1) Live heart rate and 2) Ability to control music / podcast while in the app
