I wanted to see the content and signed up for a free trial. I immediately recognized that it was not for me, so I attempted t cancel the free trial before being charged for a subscription, and their cancellation does NOT work! I have tried to cancel from numerous devices and from multiple different browsers. I have reached out to support; no response. I am extremely frustrated as this is supposed to be illegal for subscriptions to make it difficult to cancel.

So far, I’m really enjoying the app and the stories are quite captivating. However, a rather decent turn off is the fact that you can’t mark episodes played, episodes do not automatically go to the next after you complete one and you can’t continue to listen when you leave the app. I’m currently doing the 30 day trial and due to these functionality downsides, I don’t think that I’ll actually be purchasing the year subscription that I intended to.
