One of the largest insurance companies in North America says Brightwheel’s invoices are inadequate for dependent care spending accounts. Brightwheel says: nah we’re good. Insanely lazy development team.

We were forced to pay high fee because of an error in the app and a delay in bank account confirmation. care center said it was the apps policy and the app said it was the day care policy. But it is the app that charges the fees. When contacting the team about this issue we just got automated refusal responses.re:response. Another canned message similar to the refusals once you set up the payment method it is then we found out about fee and couldn’t delete. The bank info was not cleared in time to use it as another option smh
