When I first started playing this game it was very fun I had many epics only like 1 legendary but my account got lost and now I don’t have my 2019 badge now I only have my 2024 badge I mean like the game is very fun also can you guys fix the tracking cause it does not do it for me and now a place is just a house

I’m struggling in pvp because the match up system gives me a player 4 times my level that has stronger dinosaurs and I keep losing , the pvp system isn’t even fair at this point the past time I keep getting players at level 20 or 12 when I’m level 10 I just became level 10 today , I find that it’s unfair that the pvp system matches up with a player who most likely is gonna win due to higher levels and health , will you please fix the match matching system for pvp so it is fair and not a instant lose for players like me? , I have got level 12 and level 20 players like 8 times today , it’s really unfair for new players and returning ones like me , other then that I love Jurassic world alive , I just thought I would let you know the problem with pvp at the moment , thanks and I hope you have a nice day

Im back again im here to say the bug fix did not work and it keeps stopping at the same area so if you can, Can you fix this game more cause I’m getting bored of not going in the game so pls fix this. Thanks!!!
