After reading numerous reviews, watching a dozen or so YouTube videos, and trying 5+ different note and collaboration apps, I settled on three choices to work with for 90 days, and I’m happy (and surprised) to say that Notion is my favorite by far. Lots of good choices, but with the help of ChatGPT and Notion combined, I’ve been able to create any and every possible template for my work, my clients, and other projects and engagements. It’s truly a unique platform and I will likely upgrade to the paid version and my team develops and grows. The ability to share info, docs, and files in near-real-time, is a great feature and helps streamline certain aspects of projects and tasks. I could write for days, but I ain’t gettin’ paid for this. The paid version of Notion earned my time and loyalty.

Notion is an incredible platform with endless possibilities. I absolutely love the million use cases I’ve found and can’t wait to find more. I’ve transformed the analytics of my Real Estate business with this platform as well as all sorts of client facing sites. I hope they continue to develop the apps and capabilities. Really looking forward to mail once I get off the waitlist, love the calendar app(I hope they can develop an IPad friendly calendar app and allow share availability across all devices). I’ve eliminated the cost and use of a number of other apps. A+ Keep improving
