This is the best self care app. When I first downloaded this app I was in a low place, being able to set myself realistic and some more challenging goals then being able to sit and tick them off as I achieved them is the best feeling. The finch community on fb and insta is beautiful and supportive! it's such a lovely idea being able to make new friends and give eachother little good vibe boosts we all at some point need. I've had this app for 9 months and use it every day. 💖💖💖💖
