It’s a really cool app with amazing features. The only thing is that every time you open the app a bunch of adds pop up, this is for the free version

The only question I have is the total daily calorie intake does it include the calories the carbs and fats or do I need to add that onto the number I get every day so for example if I’m hitting 1300 calories a day does that number already include the carbs and fats I’ve eaten for the day or do I need to calculate that onto the 1300

It’s a simple to use, has everything you need, and doesn’t have so much extra stuff that it makes it overwhelming. Never crashes. And the developers are responsive to feedback. What I really love is that it doesn’t constantly push weight loss goals on you- unless you go to a specific tab. I use it just for macro tracking to improve how I feel, with a non dieting approach.
