terrible customer service. I emailed them to cancel my free trial and couldn't reset my password. they never replied. I never received a verification code to reset the password so I couldn't cancel in time. got charged for a year when I just wanted a trial of the app. when I tried getting a refund the day I got charged, they refuse to refund me and then they bully me about putting a dispute with the credit card company after they're trying to scam me and force me into a membership I didn't want

really disappointed with the app, forever needing to press buttons with more time waiting then actually exercising. filters don't work and they have few truly at home programs (they always include a bench or other additional equipment). menus don't update and the quality overall is lacking. customer service was unhelpful.

Ever since the update, the calendar has been messing up my workout plans and I can't even reset it
